The device took a little getting used to, since there are NO INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED. However, after learning how to use the device from the manufacturer’s web site, I found that the device performed as advertised. Smooth, warm, pulsating suction brought me to a climax very quickly. In case you would like to know what the buttons do: Instructions for Use: 3 buttons from top to bottom (wide end to narrow end) First button is A – Suction Mode Press and hold till light appears to turn on. This will allow it’s functions of suction. Press button repeatedly to desired function. Press and hold 3 seconds to turn off. Middle button B – Heating Mode Press and hold 3 seconds to turn on. Will allow 3 modes of heating. Press until light turns off to stop heating. C Button – Vibration Mode Press and hold 3 seconds until light and vibration turn on. Allow for 15 functions of vibration. Press and hold for 3 seconds to turn off vibration mode. All 3 functions can work independently. To charge – charging cord is inserted at the bottom of the product.

Works great but I wouldn’t call it hands free like the add for me if you are using the suction it will put a hickey on your head if you get in it to deep. Other than that it’s fun and will drain you and relax you great. Really easy to clean! My wife got all hot and jumped on me and finished me off the first time I used it
